 With the help of dumpling chopsticks.

 One time ago I experienced pain in the soles of my feet, it felt when my feet stuck to the ground, as if I stepped on thousands of thorns, so I had to tiptoe to walk, very sad, confused why my feet, I asked anyone including Google  , many answers, gout, frozen blood etc.
 I smooth the soles of my feet while sitting cross-legged, I want about reflexology on the feet, I take the dumplings noodles chopsticks, then I stab the wooden chopsticks slowly into the soles of my feet ... oh my ... to the heart and to my brain  ... but there is also a pleasure that spreads.
 I stabbed again, I press and hold it ... oh ... for me besides the pain there is also a very pleasant sensation.
 So I continued to do all the points of reflection.
 After I reflected my soles, then I stretched my legs, felt deep in my calves the blood flowed down the foot ... tossed ... it was like water flowing in a pipe.
 I do the reflection of the foot several times a day until finally the pleasant sensation disappears and I don't feel it again.
 Indeed, the soles of my feet are still sore, but not hurt by pricking the thorns like the beginning of the pain but the pain of stabbing bamboo chopsticks, and I can walk normally again without any pain like stepping on 1000 thorns ...
 From that moment on every leg began to be heavy invited to walk and felt like being pricked by thorns, the above thing I always did, thank God always succeeded.
 This is my personal experience, so I know which reflection point should be pressed / stabbed and pressed if I feel pain ...

 I use wooden chopsticks because I don't have enough energy to press the nerve point on my own feet without the help of others, but with the help of dumpling chopsticks I can squeeze the nerve point perfectly especially hard-pressed.
